BOWTIE de BUTLER restaurant is a dining brand that reproduces New York restaurants in the 1980s when New American dining was born. 'Gramercy Tavern' offers pleasant and courteous service in a comfortable atmosphere by proposing a visual identity and a space (mock-up space) in the style of a vintage dining style in the 80s with the concept of double service as a gentleman wearing a bow tie. The style of the bar and the space design were applied to provide luxurious course meals in the dining room inside. As a project leader, he performed integrated branding including visual identity, store interior, sign, and shooting.
